He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Clifford and Toni Jeanne; his daughter Jacqueline (Jackie); his wife Patsy; his children, Jackie Biss-Carbah (Bill), Patty Biss (Diamond Lake), Sharon Dalton (Gary) and Jack L Biss Jr. (Lisa); his brother Wayne Biss of Davisville, WV; his grandchildren, Eric Slinger, Nicole Westervelt (Jim), Jessica Edmondson (Tyler Lowrey), Michael Dalton (Darla), Brittney Biss and Allysen Biss; and his great grandchildren, Riley Slinger, Hunter Edmondson, Chloe Slinger, Reagan Westervelt and Reece Dalton. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
