He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Brooks and Adelyn Brooks; and his brothers, Donald Brooks and Ralph Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Wayne Brooks (Melanie), Shelley Luiz (Frank), Sarah Akerill (Rob) and Sherri Maez (Jonathon); and his sister Sharon Hopper. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
