He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Capehart and Marie Capehart; his wife Gladys Smith; his daughter Christine Hendrickson (Ed) of Newport; his grandchildren, Kim Martinez (John) of McMinnville Oregon and Eric Hendrickson (Becky); his sister Annabel Oscarson (John) of Nevada; his niece Elizabeth Snedeker of Antioch; his nephew John Oscarson of Colorado; and also, Katie, Ryan, Maria and Molly Martinez.
Donations can be made in Frank's memory to the American Legion Post 217 in Cusick, Washington.
