He is survived by: his brother Scott Swannack (Deb Stahlman); his children, Connie Coker, Rusty Swannack, Sabrina Hensley and Mary Hobbs; his grandchildren, Kayla Kimball, Christopher Coker, Jamie Swannack, McKayla Chadburn (Dace) and Levi Hensley (Kamry); and his great grandchildren, Aylen Harvey, Zhen Harvey, Khylee Chadburn, AyDen Chadburn, Walker Hensely and June Hensley.
