He is survived by: his spouse Blanche Renee Jackson; his sons, Kyle Hoekstra, Brendon Hoekstra, Nick Hoekstra and Zachariah Edwin Hoekstra; his wife Christina Hoekstra; his sons, Jerry Jackson of La Push and Steven Jackson of La Push; his parents-in-law, LuAnne Martin of Neah Bay and Russ Vogel of Neah Bay; his brothers, Robert Hoekstra of Port Angeles and Adam Hoekstra of Neah Bay; his grandchildren, Walter Jackson, Noah Jackson of Hoquiam and Jackson Drummond of Tacoma; and also, Jerry Jackson, Stephen Jackson, Steve Pendleton of Neah Bay and Kathy Vogel of Neah Bay.
