She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Walworth and Thelma Walworth; her husband Wesley Leonard; her son Chris Leonard; and her siblings, Carol Malone, Don Walworth and Clare Walworth.

She is survived by: her siblings, Merlin Walworth, Linda Cook (Leonard) and Alan Walworth (Sue); her daughter-in-law KrisAnn Leonard; and her children, Randy Leonard (Stephanie), Eric Leonard (Ryann), Jenny Bell (Jerry), Christina Simmons (Mike) and Jon Leonard (Lisa). She is also survived by grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
