He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Hamilton and Dorothy Hamilton; his brother Steven; and his son-in-law Jim Blankenship. He is survived by: his wife Sherri; his children, Russell Hamilton, Amy Keith (Darrin) and Jennifer Blankenship; his grandchildren, Gabe, Corwin, Nova, Andrew, Celeste, Samuel and Spencer; and also Anita Etherton.
