He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perez and Mary Perez; and his siblings, Frank, Diana, Jean, Ron and Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Herrera; his daughter Carol Perez Stephanie Perez (Michael Wilkins) of Yakima, WA; his grandchildren, Julia Rodriguez and Steven Rodriguez; his siblings, Carol Walters of Yakima, WA, Mary Lou Pastrana (Julio) of Yakima, WA, Bonnie Mundell (Rod) of Yakima, WA, Roberta Perez of Yakima, WA, Anita Ross (Anthony) of Yakima, WA, John Perez of Utah and James Perez (Judy) of Yakima, WA; and his pet Peggy. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, grandchildren and local siblings.
Family requests that ALL guests wear masks during the services to help stop the spreading of this horrible pandemic.
