He was predeceased by: his father Ramiro Gonzalez Sosa Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Norma Sosa; his daughters, Jessica Lee Pruneda (Tomas Pruneda), Joanna Nicole Gomez (Eric Gomez) and Justine Amira Larralde (Jaime Larralde); and his parent Aminda Sosa. He is also survived by six grandchildren as well as countless friends.
