She was predeceased by: her fathers, Rex Dwayne and Clyde Marie Newland (Ray, Sr.); and her son Bobby. She is survived by: her significant other Raymond C. Jones; her sister Donna Kennedy; her sons, Raymond Jr. and Rex; her grandchildren, Dylan, Jordan, Ryan and Reyann; and her nieces, Patricia Allbery and Christina Robinson.
