He is survived by: his pet King; his former wife Lillian Morford; his children, Bill Hallman (Linda) of LaGrande, Vicki Kissler (Mike Kendall) of Prosser, WA and Steve Hallman (Sharon) of Prosser, WA.; his siblings, Linda Werst (Bill) of Prosser, Martha Quakkelaar (Ken) of Evansville, IN, Maxine Ballinger (Dave) of Sunnyside, Clarence Hallman and Gene Hallman (Jan) of Richland; his stepsons, Jason Kevan (Kristi) and Jim Kevan; and his grandchildren, Jeff Hallman (Angel), Travis Hallman, Jamie Snyder (Erik), Kendra Forbes, Matt Kissler (Rachel), Brandi Cleveringa (Heath) and Stephanie Toliver (Shayne). He is also survived by his siblings, children and grandchildren.
