He is survived by: his significant other Moraima Verstrate; his children, Jonathan, Caleb Verstrate (Alex), Jessica Withrow, Jeremy, Josh Withrow and Rena Hopkins; his sisters, Barbara Colvin (Thom), Vicky Tuttle (Philip) and Donnell Maggard (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Patricio, Maria Rodriguez, Pat Rodriguez and Alba Levesque (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
