It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Lee Barnes of Moxee, Washington, born in Greeley, Nebraska, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Bailey and Elsie Bailey; her sisters, Shirley Schademan, Frances Gohl and Jane Murphy; and her daughter-in-law Kristine Barnes.
She is survived by: her husband Maurice Barnes; her sons, Morris Barnes (Marilyn) of Roy and Leonard Barnes (Renee Quinn) of Montesano; her siblings, Jim Bailey (Sue) of Goldendale and Mary Ann Champoux of Yakima; and her grandchildren, Tiffanee Parson (Ryan) of Montesano, Dominic Barnes (Daunell) of Central Park, Brandon Barnes of Olympia, Malloree Fontanilla (Larry) of Olympia and Jeremy Huntley (Lacey) of Glenoma. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
