He is survived by: his wife Carla; his children, Melissa Jo and Doug (Missy); his grandchildren, Drew and Daxton; and his siblings, Cheryl Fiest, Lynn Waterbury, Marcia Bell (Robert), Janet DePrey (John), Scott (Michelle) and Darren (Tammi).
