He is survived by: his wife KayLynn Davis of Mountlake Terrace, WA; his mother Joanne Mack of Mattoon, IL; his siblings, Demitious Mack of Charleston, IL and Hailey Mack of Norfolk, VA.; his grandparents, Gary and Jackie Johnson of Sullivan, IL; his aunts and uncles, Mike Johnson of Sullivan, IL., Dewayne Pyle of Sullivan, IL., Kendra Spizey, Kiana Shabazz, Ailiyah Shabazz, Ashlie Saunders, Keith Brumsey, Jr., Hazeem Moore and Justin Bradley; his mother-in-law Kelly Cooper of Sullivan, IL; his brothers, Lance (Krystal Cooper), Sigonella Sicily and Grant Cooper of Sullivan, IL; his uncles, Gary of Sullivan, IL., Ken (Shelly Bryan), Kevin (Nicola Newbold) and Mark (Terry Vaglaini); his aunt Vickie Bickers of Moria, IL; and his grandparents, Jess and Moira. He is also survived by his wife, their dog, and many friends.
