He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Nokleby and Margaret Nokleby; his wife Crystal Rindal; and his brother Ken Nokleby. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Miller (Steve) of Sedro Woolley and Sheri Stafford (Darwin) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Jennifer Stallings (Brad) of Burlington and Jason Miller (Corynn) of Woodinville; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Beckham Stallings, Jerry Rindal of Conway and Darlene Forman of Blandinsville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial may be made in Bill's name to a charity of your choice.
