She was predeceased by: her parents, Quirino Cantu and Fransisca Cantu; and her siblings, Elijio Cantu, Ray Cantu, Raul Cantu, Maria Cantu, Maricela Cantu and Carmen Cantu.
She is survived by: her children, Corina Taylor (Thomas) of Sedro-Woolley, WA, Joe Olivarez Jr. of Seguin, TX, Jaime Olivarez (Tami) of Bellingham, WA and Carmen Olivarez (Edward Christiansen) of Mt. Vernon, WA; and her siblings, Baldo Cantu (Lela) of Weslaco, TX, Ernesto Cantu (Cecilia) of Miami, FL, Guadalupe Acosta of San Antonio, TX, Natalia Aguilar (Joe) of Edmonds, WA, Rolando Cantu (Patty) of Sedro-Woolley, WA, George Cantu of Burlington, WA, Susie Manrique (Joe) of Mt. Vernon, WA, Juanita Torres (Charles) of Livingston, TX and Mary Gomez (Abel) of San Antonio, TX.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
