He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton J Sayer and Frances M Sayer. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his stepdaughters, Sara Willard (Jeff) of Sedro Woolley and Stacey Slick (Glen) of Sedro Woolley; his grandchildren, Devin Willard (Alivia), Kailey Willard and Carsten Reynolds; and his great grandchild Kennedy Willard.
