He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Whisman and Edna Whisman. He is survived by: his wife Lana Beecher; his brother Charles; his stepsons, Michael and John; his grandchildren, Kayla, Jessica, Jacob, Reva, Brianna and Christopher; and his great grandchild Aiden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
