He was predeceased by: his parents, Meade Sprouse and Geri Sprouse; and his brother Rick. He is survived by: his spouse Chrissy Shields; his children, Tatum and Lane Sprouse; his brother Meade Sprouse (Jill); his nephews, Clayton (Nicole), Baxter and Wilson Sprouse; his aunt Sara Seward; his cousins, Kristy Kottkey (Kevin), Matt Seward (Theltsie) and Lori Campbell (Shami); and his close friend Steve Hoover (Majestyk).
