He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas, Bertha Dotinga and Donald Kok; his aunt Thelene Dotinga; and his uncle Sid Dotinga.
He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Kok and Glenda Kok; his siblings, Kathryn (Kok), Garrett Johnson, Kelsey (Kok), Alvin Shim, Lucas and Ellie Kok; his nieces and nephews, Aurora, Lila, Zane, Clara and Gideon; his grandmother Joyce Kok; and his significant other Krystina Ptasinski. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and countless friends.
Memorial donations can be sent to Mount Vernon Christian School or non-profit of choice.
