He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Hoag and Geneice Hoag; and his granddaughter Kristin. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanette, Marilyn, June and Mike; his wife Sharon; his daughter Carrie; his son-in-law Dale Malmberg; his daughter Regina; his son-in-law Ray McManus; his grandchildren, Alex, Anthony, Nicholas, Sarah and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Remington. He is also survived by his sisters, brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made in John's name to Hospice of the Northwest or American Cancer Society.
