He is survived by: his daughters, Dori Salazar Lukes and Lori Blankenship (Travis); his grandchildren, Brittney Warner (Tyson), Trent Lukes, Taylor Blankenship, Erica Lukes, Abbie Blankenship, Ellie Lukes and Mia Blankenship; and his great grandchildren, Maliyah, Andre, Oliver and Luna Warner.
