He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard T. Asher and Rose E. Asher (Normandin); and his brother Gary D. Asher. He is survived by: his wife Lillian A. Blay; his granddaughter Wendy; his children, Jeff Asher (Linda), Wendy Tweten, Bill Asher and Sally Asher; and his brother Richard "Rick" Asher (Cindy). He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
