He was predeceased by: his parents, John Veen and Christine Vander Veen (Roorda); his spouse Anjean; and his daughter Judi. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret (Bill) of Lynden, WA, Jim (Tina) of George, WA and John (Cheri) of Everson; and his children, Jerry of Mount Vernon, Jeannie Boon (Charlie) of Mount Vernon, Joan VanDerMeulen (Will) of Mount Vernon and Jill De Vries (Oren) of Wendell, ID. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 33 Great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in honor of Hank and Anjean Vander Veen to Mount Vernon Christian School.
