He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Chase and Elsie Chase (Ball); his son Greg Chase; his sister Glenda Farrel; and his granddaughter Monica Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Sheri Chase (Heffley); his children, Glen Chase (Angie) and Kelli Chase; his stepdaughters, Staci Angelocci (Bob) and Sheli Grahn (Corey); his siblings, Reta Simmons and Ben Chase (Chris); and his siblings-in-law, Becki Heffley, Carol Harberg (Forbes), Kristie Bonogofsky (Dan) and Sean Heffley-Jesus (Jason). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
