She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dow and Ada Dow (Ward); her husband Robert L. Waits; and her son-in-law Michael MacKenzie. She is survived by: her children, Vickie MacKenzie of Mount Vernon and Rodney Waits (Janice) of Sunnyvale, CA; her siblings, Fred Dow of Olympia, WA and Audrey Mellott of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Travis Waits (Jaime) and Michelle (John Lorang); and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Joel, Alysabeth and Riley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials be donations to a charity of the donor's choice.
