He was predeceased by: his father Lannell "Lanny" Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Brianna Hoover; his children, Dylan, Bodey and Adia; his mother Lynn Jacobs; his brother Jamie Jacobs; his nephews, Wyatt and Owen; his brother Brandon Hoover (Jessica); his nephews, Beckett, Madden and Braxton; his sister Karissa Sokol (Brad); and his nephews, Kaden and Kai.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Bethany Covenant Church (1318 S 18th St, Mount Vernon, WA 98274).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mount Vernon Conway Youth Baseball in honor of the Dane Jacobs Memorial Scholarship, (PO Box 2408, Mount Vernon, WA 98273) so his legacy of supporting young athletes can continue for years to come.
