We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2020, at the age of 63, Cindy Strong of Mount Vernon, Washington, born in Burlington, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walt Horne and Lois Van Horne; her sister Barbara; her brother-in-law Ralph Van Heerden; her nephew Mike Heerden; her parents-in-law, Roy, Helen Strong, Dennis and Larry Strong; and her sister-in-law Willa Strong.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Strong; and her pet Samantha. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Memorial may be made in Cindy's name to the Wounded Warrior Project or a charity of your choice.
