He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie A. Samuelsen and Beatrice L. Perry; his brother Andy Samuelsen; and his brother-in-law Roger Lutz. He is survived by: his sister Charlene Lutz; and his children, Julie Samuelsen, Jennifer Randell, Kirsten Samuelsen, Delbert Samuelsen, Sarah Samuelsen and Charly Samuelsen. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four nieces.
