She was predeceased by: her husband Roger; her son Donn; and her siblings, Mary Elizabeth, Francis and Jack. She is also survived by her 4 children, 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Donations can be made in Carolyn's name to St. Paul's Church or Seattle Children's Hospital.
