He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Tellesbo; his grandchildren, Bryce Tellesbo (Lindsey), Ady, Cameron Tellesbo, Tyler Tellesbo (Amy), Haley Vo (Alex), Lucy, Elise Vo and Katey Tellesbo; his son Jim Moores (Julie); his granddaughters, Jenna (Sid) and Laura Mooores; his son Dave Moores (Nancy); his nephews, Rick, Bob Brown, Kenny Dziedzic, Steve Moores and Bob Dawdy; and his granddaughter Sara Peterson.
