He is survived by: his wife Teresa Galliart of Moses Lake, WA; his stepdaughter Christina Miller (Ron Jacobson); his sister Maria DeHaven of Federal Way, WA; his aunt Kay Young (Paul) of Wichita, KS; and his cousins, Alisha Ontiberos, Shannon Stauth and Melissa Williams.
