In the vast expanse of eternity, Ruland shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ruland farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his son Ruland Terry Sparks. He is survived by: his sons, Tracy Sparks and Todd Sparks; and his grandchildren, Nathan Sparks, Natasha Sparks, Alexander Sparks, Benjamin Sparks and Shaylie Sparks. He is also survived by ten great- grandchildren, one brother, and three sisters.
