He is survived by: his mother Adria DeLay; his children, Heather (Ryan), Joshua (Jennifer), Amber, Aubrey and Uriah; his wife Tina; and his siblings, Debbie (Tim), Shannon (Chris), Kim (JoAnn) and Kelly (Kelly). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren.
