It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dale Shetler of Moses Lake, Washington, born in Salmon, Idaho, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepbrother Nick Clouter; and his parents, Walter Lee Shetler and Betty Jean Hayes. He is survived by: his fiancée Roslyn Gilmore of Moses Lake; his siblings, Marilyn McCarde, Kathy Wood and Gene Shetler; and his fiancée's children, Julie Holeman of Moses Lake, Jason Swank and Brian DeCamp.
