We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2022, at the age of 76, Patricia Jean (Clem) Teitzel in Moses Lake, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Clem and Vera Clem (Guggenbickler); and her husband Dwight Teitzel. She is survived by: her children, George (Rena), Angela, Frank, Pat and Dwight; her sister Carole Sfondouris (Clem); her nephews, George Sfondouris (Rena) and Frank Sfondouris; her niece Angela Sfondouris; her brother Jim Clem (Annette); her nephews, Zachary Clem (Julia) and Jacob Clem (Jonna); and her brother Jess Clem.
