She was predeceased by: her stepmother Martha Driggers; her mother Josephine "Jody" Horn; her stepfather Ervin Horn; and her brothers, Clifford Ben and Larry Wayne Driggers.
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Woodworth (Mike Woodworth); her nephew Seth Woodworth (Lia); her niece Aurelia; her son Kevin Hollandsworth (Jessica); her grandchildren, Ty Hollandsworth and Jordanne Machiela; her son Dale Hollandsworth (Darla); her grandchildren, Dylan Hollandsworth and Damon (Haley Hollandsworth); and her great grandchildren, Brecken and Baylor Hollandsworth.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in Patricia's memory.
