He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Decker and Bernice Decker (Conway); his wife Mary Ann Decker; and his brother Steve Decker. He is survived by: his children, David Quimby (Bernie) of Rathdrum, ID, Ryan Quimby (Valerie) of Coeur, Dawn Thompson (Dan) and Marlena Decker of Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
The family suggests that memorials may be made to the Prichard/Murray Volunteer Fire Department at 21109 Coeur d'Alene River Rd., Wallace, ID 83873.
