He was predeceased by: his father Ned W. Entz; his grandparents, Howard, Christine Trullinger, Herbert and Lillian Entz; his uncles, Thomas Murphy, Lowell, Warren Trullinger, Robert and David Entz; and his cousins, LeAnna, Lindsay and Jessica.
He is survived by: his mother Jeanette; his siblings, Ray (Jeanne) and Tracy Risdon; his nephews, Derek (Anna), Justin Entz and Cooper Risdon; and his niece Lindsey Risdon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.
