He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Holterhoff and Doris Holterhoff; and his brothers, Jim, Jerry and Paul.
He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Irvin and Frieda Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Ed Meek, Jim Fleishman, Sonja Sackmann and Julene Fleishman; his nephew Randy Meek; his wife Debbie (Moses Lake); his sons, Ryan Holterhoff (Lisa) of Moses Lake and Todd Holterhoff (Melanie) of Hopedale, MA; his grandchildren, Camryn, Makenzie, Trey, Grant and Tate; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Sackmann, Judie Meek, Jackie Sackmann and Janice Holterhoff.
