She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Jackson and Tomas Jackson; her husband Richard Ruffin; and her brothers, Fred and Randy Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Dave (Dolly), Scott, Darla (Paul) and Mike; her sister Karen Heilman; her cousins, Donna Campbell and Judy Petrik; and her grandchildren, Pat Ruffin (Deanna), Travis Ruffin (Summer), Allison Ruffin, Eric Whitaker Jennifer (Kandice), Kevin Whitaker (Amanda), Adrian Hernandez (Dianna), Elijah Mast, Oksana Ruffin, Natasha Ruffin and Jennifer Adams. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great - great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Moses Lake First Church - Nazarene (422 S Balsam St, Moses Lake, WA 98837).
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Bright Focus Foundation for Macular Degeneration Disease Research or Lilac Services for the Blind.
