With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Kemper of Moses Lake, Washington, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 30, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Vera Minnie Hargraves; his children, Danae and Walter; his siblings, David and Mary; his grandsons, David and Christopher; and his great grandchild CJ.
He is survived by: his sister Joann; and his children, Suella, Alena, Connie, Randy, Kyle (Nellie), Van (Daisy) and Jessica. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and 21 great grandchildren.
