She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Staley and Helen Staley. She is survived by: her husband Richard Combs; her daughter Annaka A. Smith of Seattle, Washington.; her stepchildren, Richard Thomas Combs (Barbara), Steven Gregory Combs (Daschel), Patrick William Combs (Tamara) and Rosie; her stepgrandchildren, Avonlea, Samantha, Anthony and Corey; and her sister Pam Bartlett (Charlie) of Spokane. She is also survived by two nieces and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Parkinson's disease research or a music education fund of your choice, in honor of Gwen's lifelong love of music.
