He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leaf (Karl August Lôf) and Hilda Gustafsson; his wife Norma Upstill; his former wife Norma Leaf; his son Anthony Leaf; his former wife Nona Sielaff-Leaf; and his siblings, John (Oscar), Art, Walt, George and Vera.
He is survived by: his sons, Ashley Leaf, Marvin Leaf (Carrie) and John Sielaff (Jackie); his grandsons, Scott Leaf (Heather), Robert Leaf (Ivy) and Alex Leaf (Briana); and his great grandchildren, Juliana Leaf and William Leaf. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
