He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lorenzo and Maria of Refugio Garza; his wife Lydia DeLeon (Virginia); his grandchildren, Jacquelynn, Eric, Marcus Garcia, Matthew, Grace Garza, Lydia and Sarah Riojas; and his siblings, Minerva Martinez of McFarland, CA, Hector "Tito" of Othello, WA and Blanca Veiss of McFarland, CA.. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
He was the head of the table at every meal and blessed each person there with a prayer as he would say, "Dios te bendiga" Edelmiro Garza was much more than a casualty of COVID.
