He was predeceased by: his father Earl LeRoy. He is survived by: his mother Elva Mae Kane; his sons, Mark Aaron (Cori), Bradley Dale (JaNeil), Devin Michael (Tonya) and Dustin Scott; his wife Rita Marie Foldoe; his sisters, Marla Jean Phillips, Marsha Mae Kane and Marlene Denise Kane; his grandson Mark; and his children, Wade, Reece, Kelsey, Kayser and Jaegar.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kayser's Chapel of Memories (831 S Pioneer Way, Moses Lake, WA 98837). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hartline Cemetery (18475 US-2, Hartline, WA 99135). A reception will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Coulee City Presbyterian Church (214 N 4th St, Coulee City, WA 99115).
