She is survived by: her husband Vincent M Schultz; her sons, Vincent M. Schultz Jr. and Michael Schultz (Tracey); her grandchildren, Adrienne West, Alexis Schultz Haddock (Dalton) and Cameron Schultz; her great grandchildren, Maeve Joelle and Eleanor Vonciel Haddock; her siblings, Brent Hensley, Brenda VanHoose (Wayne), David Reynolds (Rita), Robin Hensley, Vicki Serna (Augustine) and Lynn Hensley (Lizette); and also, Reice, Isaac, TyeLeah and Judah Nanto. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.
