He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Moos (Kenny) and Phyllis Moos; and his brothers, Kayo Moos and Jeff Moos. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Matthew (Jody) and Kendra Suzanne (Justin Mann); his wife Holly Moos; his son BJ Moos (Shelly); his grandchildren, Jordan, Hannah, Bailey Jo, Devin, Gavin, Dreyden, Dylan and Brayden; his brother Tracy Moos; and his nieces and nephews, Kenny, Katy and Hunter.
