It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Layne Stout (Morton, Washington), who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Dunham Stout and LaRene Clark Stout; and his siblings, Monte Stout, Owen Stout, David Stout and Maxine Barney.

He is survived by: his wife Renee Stout; his children, Brock Stout, Jordan Stout, Natalie Cowdell, Emily House and Gina Russon; and his brother Vaughn Stout. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
